One of the pioneers of the current soil health movement which focuses on the regeneration of our resources. Founder of Understanding Ag, Soil Health Academy, & Regenified. Gabe will be talking about ‘Common Grounds for Common Good’.

Dr. David Montgomery
Studies the evolution of topography and the influence of geomorphological processes on ecological systems and human societies.

Dr. Jen Pierce
Professor at Boise State in the Department of Geosciences, where she has been since 2005. Her research focuses on wildfires, climate change, landscape response, and soils as a solution to climate change

The Carbon Summit is going to be hosted in segments this year with the 1st annual Carbon Summit Think Tank hosted at the Chateau Des Fleurs from 10am-2pm focused on Regional Sustainability – Please RSVP.
Boise State Department of Campus Sustainability will be hosting two student focused segments on Thursday, April 21st & Friday, April 22nd.
Thursday | 5:30pm-8:30pm | Lookout Ballroom (BSU Student Union)
Friday | 10:00am-2:00pm | Imagination Lab (COBE Building)
